Hermes MyChart / Pre-release
Your patient records, easier to find in Hermes.
Hermes MyChart is a standalone, read-only MCP connector from Promethean Dynamic. It is designed to let Hermes retrieve records you authorize, help you find relevant information, and organize results with dates and source references.
Pre-release. Live healthcare-provider access has not yet been validated. Epic app registration is in progress. Availability and record coverage will depend on your provider and the permissions it grants.

What it is designed to do
- Search records available through a connected provider.
- Bring relevant results together with dates and source references where available.
- Retrieve supported documents and prepare exports you request.
- Give Hermes access through the Model Context Protocol, or MCP.
The connector reads records. It does not change your medical chart, send orders, prescribe treatment, or message your care team.
How a connection works
- Run the connector locally with Hermes.
- When a supported provider connection is available, sign in with your healthcare provider and review the requested permissions through its SMART OAuth authorization flow.
- Ask Hermes to retrieve or organize the records you need.
- Check important information against the original record and discuss medical questions with your care team.
Different providers expose different records and permissions. A connection may return only part of your history, and an empty result does not mean that a record or medical condition does not exist.
For finding information, not making medical decisions
Records and AI-generated summaries can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Hermes MyChart does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not an emergency service. Do not delay care because of a result. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
